Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of allograft SureFuseTM which is an allograft product applicable for alveolar bone defect. SureFuseTM is composed mainly of demineralized human bone matrix that has several advantageous properties compared with other products in biocompatibility and bone inductions. Repair process was examined by radiograph and histological sections. After 3 months of treatments, SureFuseTM showed regenerative effect for alveolar bone defect. We assume the results by release of bone morphogenetic proteins which may play a role of osteoinduction.
